I happen to have a complete (144 page) Catechism on the 
Uniform Code of Operating Rules, effective 5/1/1953.  It's 
something like the Rosetta Stone and the 3rd Tablet (with 
Commandmants 11 thru 15, inclusive) for so far as the Uniform 
Code is/was concerned.  In addition to explaining the Rules, it 
offers a series of questions and answers that allow one to 
effectively "learn" the "why's" in addition to the "how's" of 
TT&TO operations.  I've got a number of Rule Books, dating 
way back, but nothing like the Catechism.

I have scanned in the original booklet, into six (6) PDF files 
(each one byte-sized (sorry about that pun, I just couldn't resist!) 
so that typical 5Mb e-mail limits are not exceeded).
